I was thinking about last years New Year's Resolutions and I always feel like I create a list of like 30 things and would then forget about it and so this year I am going to make it a little more simple. I read about our personal 5 dimensions of health and wellness and wanted to create a simple goal to focus on from each dimension and to work on balancing each one the best I can.
Physical Goal: Listen to my body while working out and do active things that I love to do.
Mental Goal: Start the habit of putting things away like dishes/clothes around the house to keep the house clean.
Social Goal: Expand more with videography and always make an effort to reach out to friends and family
Emotional Goal: Fully love my body and not compare to other people. I also want to keep the habit of journaling
Spiritual Goal: Attend the temple more often by volunteering or making a secure plan.
Something I want to learn: being a mother/cutting boy's hair
Something I want to expand on: Cooking and videography
Most importantly, let this year be about JOY!! I don't want to let the little things cause me unhappiness. I wan't to work on finding joy in every little aspect because you always can find something good in a situation or something to be grateful for! Let's make 2018 the best year yet!
